(the “Company”) issued the press release, which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and that is incorporated by reference into this Item, announcing that the Company’s shareholders had approved an amendment to the Company’s charter changing the Company’s corporate name to “Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc.”
