Item 8.01                      Other Events.

On July 15, 2008, Simulations Plus, Inc., a California corporation (the "Company"), held a conference call for investors to review the financial results for the three months and nine months ended May 31, 2008. A copy of the PowerPoint slides used as notes for this call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
