AIMCO’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on April 28, 2008, at The Ritz-Carlton Georgetown, 3100 South Street NW, Washington, D.C. 20007, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.
