Regulation FD Disclosure

On April 14, 2010, Home Federal Bancorp, Inc. of Louisiana (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend.  The dividend is payable on May 10, 2010 to shareholders of record as of April 26, 2010.
