(b)                                On July 31, 2007, Eve E. Slater resigned as a member of our board of directors effective August 1, 2007.  Dr. Slater’s resignation was in accordance with the policies Pfizer, Inc., which she joined in the second quarter of 2007 as Vice President for Worldwide Policy.
