(b)  Resignation of Chief Financial Officer.

 

On November 12, 2008, Paul Wiesner notified Storm Cat Energy Corporation (the “Company”) that he will be resigning as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer effective November 30, 2008.  Mr. Wiesner did not resign due to any disagreements, in whole or in part with the Company, or because of any improprieties or any other matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
