February 18, 2010, Rosetta Resources Inc. ("Rosetta") announced that it will
release its fourth quarter and year end 2009 financial results and operational
update on Monday, March 1, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time. The conference call
will be hosted by Randy L. Limbacher, Rosetta’s President and Chief Executive
Officer. A copy of Rosetta's press release relating to this event can be found
on the Company's website under "Press Releases".
The press
release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report. Exhibit 99.1 shall
