Vulcan Materials Company (the “Company”) has issued a revised press release regarding the quarterly dividend increase announced earlier today. The dividend of ten cents per share is payable March 10, 2015 to shareholders of record on February 27, 2015, not February 24, 2015. A copy of the Company’s revised press release correcting the record date is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.
