On May 8, 2007, Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. (the "Partnership")
issued a press release announcing the Partnership's results of operations for
the period March 26, 2007, inception of operations, to March 31, 2007. The press
release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K
and is incorporated herein in its entirety.
