Notice Regarding Completion of Delisting
from the London Stock Exchange
Tokyo, Japan –Pursuant to its announcement of July 30, 2014, Sony Corporation (“Sony”) applied to each of the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the cancellation of the listing of Sony's shares of common stock (including depositary receipts representing such shares; hereinafter the same shall apply) on the Official List and the cancellation of admission to trading of such shares on the Regulated Market of the London Stock Exchange (together, the "delisting" of such shares). Sony hereby announces that such delisting took effect from 8:00 a.m. (London time) on August 29, 2014.
