The Reporting Person does not beneficially own any securities of Inergy, L.P. (the "Issuer"). The reporting person is an officer of First Reserve GP XI, L.P. ("FR GP"), the managing member of FR Midstream Holdings LLC ("Midstream Holdings") which beneficially owns securities of the Issuer that are reported separately. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of any securities of the Issuer beneficially owned by any of FR GP, Midstream Holdings or their affiliates for purposes of Section 16 or any other purpose.
