Andrew (55) was formerly Deputy Chief Executive of Logica plc and has substantial experience of international high technology markets and companies, particularly in telecoms. His previous position as Group Finance Director of Logica plc brings additional relevant financial experience to the Board. He will succeed James Wyness as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Andrew also currently serves as the senior independent non-executive director on the boards of VT Group plc and Spectris plc.
