On December 5, 2006, Jamba Juice Company (“Jamba Juice”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jamba, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release describing the Company’s response to the discovery of Listeria monocytogenes in frozen strawberries that may have been delivered to Jamba Juice stores. A copy of the press release has been filed hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
