Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On October 1, 2008 UAL Corporation, the holding company whose primary subsidiary is United Air Lines, Inc., issued a press release regarding certain financing transactions that will enhance its liquidity position. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
