This report on Form 6-K/A of Nordic American Tankers Limited (the “Company”) amends the Company’s three reports on Form 6-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”) on May 12, 2011, August 9, 2011 and November 7, 2011, in each case solely to provide that they, in their entirety, shall not be incorporated by reference into the Company’s registration statement on Form F-3 ASR (File No. 333-162171) that was filed with the Commission with an effective date of September 28, 2009.
