On October 13, 2015, Registrant provided an update on Government Healthcare Business Strategy.
As a result, Registrant will record a pre-tax charge of approximately $385 million (approximately $240 million after-tax or 22 cents per share) in its third-quarter 2015 results.
Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report is a copy of Registrants press release dated October 13, 2015 regarding Update on Government Healthcare Business Strategy.
