On July 31, 2017, Discovery Communications, Inc. (Discovery) and Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc. (Scripps) made available the investor presentation filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K. Also filed with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.2 is the transcript from the investor conference call held on July 31, 2017.
