Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year

On April 7, 2010, FINRA has confirmed the name change from Golden Aria Corp. to Enertopia Corp(“the Company”)., new symbol ENRT. On February 5, 2010, our shareholders approved an amendment to our articles of incorporation to change our name from Golden Aria Corp. to Enertopia Corp. The name change was effected with the Nevada Secretary of State on February 8, 2010.

The Company’s name and symbol change is effective April 7, 2010 with the Pink Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board. Our CUSIP number is 2977Q107.
