The actual number of shares issuable upon the distribution date is not determinable since the stock fund is a unitized account consisting of 96% company stock and 4% money market fund. The stock account balance reflected in this report is based on a March 5, 2007, stock fund price of $94.90 per share. Includes a company match of 110.432 shares which were deposited in the account on February 22, 2007, at a price of $99.21 per share and the purchase of 70.564 shares through employee payroll contributions January 12-February 28, 2007, at prices ranging from $86.26 to $96.80 per share. |
