Boston Avenue Capital, LLC - 140,413 shares of common stock held directly.
Boulder Captial, LLC - 200 shares of common stock held directly.
Value Fund Advisors, LLC - 445,013 shares of common stock held indirectly.  VFA servies as investment manager for Yorktown, Boston and Boulder.  VFA disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares.
Charles Gillman - 445, 013 shares of common stock held indirectly.  Mr. Gillman is the manager and a member of VFA.  Mr. Gillman disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares.
