Item 2.01 Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets
On April 1, 2005, Glacier Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ “GBCI”) announced the completion of the acquisition of Citizens Bank Holding Company and its bank subsidiary Citizens Community Bank effective March 31, 2005. Citizens Community Bank is a commercial bank with approximately $113 million in assets with three banking offices in Pocatello and Idaho Falls and a loan production office in Rexburg, Idaho.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99 and is incorporated herein in its entirety by reference.
