Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Apartment Investment and Management Company ("Aimco") reports that Aimco has given notice to repay an additional $50 million of term debt. After such payment in December, the balance on Aimco's term debt will be $90 million. Aimco provides this information in anticipation of investor and analyst meetings to be held at various times during the next two weeks.
