previously reported on the Current Report on Form 8-K, on December 15, 2006,
Rosetta Resources Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Mr. Josiah O. Low, III to its
Board of Directors effective December 14, 2006. On May 15, 2007, on the
recommendation of the Company’s Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee,
Audit Committee and Compensation Committee, the Company’s Board of Directors
appointed Mr. Low to serve on the Nominating & Corporate Governance
Committee, Audit Committee and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
