On January 11, 2008, Mr. James Michael Kelley resigned effective immediately as a Director of Siena Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) to pursue other interests.  Mr. Kelley’s resignation letter did not reference a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies and practices.
