On January 31, 2017, Vista Outdoor Inc. (Vista Outdoor or the Company) filed a Form 8-K announcing that Thomas G. Sexton will be retiring from his role as Vice President, Controller, and Treasurer of the Company. The effective date of Mr. Sexton's departure has been changed to the end of the Company's first quarter of fiscal year 2018.
