Item 7.01 | Regulation FD Disclosure |
On November 25, 2014, Southern California Edison Company, a subsidiary of Edison International, along with Pacific Gas & Electric Company, San Diego Gas & Electric Company, and Southern California Gas Company (collectively, the "Joint Investor-Owned Utilities") sent a letter to the Executive Director of the California Public Utilities Commission jointly requesting a one-year extension of the existing Cost of Capital Adjustment Mechanism. The Office of Ratepayer Advocates (ORA) and The Utility Reform Network (TURN) have been consulted, and both support this request. A copy of the letter is attached as Exhibit 99.1. The information furnished in this item 7.01 and Exhibit 99.1 shall not be deemed "filed" for the purposes of the Securities Exchange Act of 1034, nor shall it be deemed incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933.
