El Paso Corporation has scheduled its 2003 Annual Meeting of
Stockholders for 2:00 p.m. Central time on Tuesday, June 17, 2003. The
meeting will be held at the George R. Brown Convention Center, located at
1001 Avenida de las Americas, Houston, Texas, 77010.
