ConAgra Foods, Inc. issued a press release on June 16, 2006 advising that its fourth quarter operating performance showed a solid finish for the quarter ended May 28, 2006 . The press release is furnished with this Form 8-K as exhibit 99.1.
Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
ConAgra Foods announced in the June 16 press release that Frank Sklarsky, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer plans to leave the company following transition to a new chief financial officer to be named at a later date. The company has commenced a search to identify a succession candidate.
