     FreeSeas Inc. (the “Company”) is announcing that its 786,265 outstanding Class W warrants will expire at the close of business on June 30, 2010 and cease trading. Until expiration, each Class W warrant entitles the holder to purchase one share of the Company’s common stock at an exercise price of $2.50 per share.
