On June 6-7, 2007, representatives of Apartment Investment and Management Company (“Aimco”),
including Jeffrey W. Adler, Executive Vice President – Property Operations and Thomas M. Herzog,
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will meet with investors and analysts at the
2007 NAREIT Investor Forum being held in New York. During the investor forum, Aimco
