At its July 20, 2007 meeting, the Compensation Committee approved an amendment to the
executive supplemental retirement plan agreement for Tracy M. French. The amendment is intended to
bring the agreement into compliance with the requirements of Internal Revenue Code Section 409A.
Exhibit 99.1 includes a copy of the amendment and is incorporated herein in its entirety by
reference.
