(the "1993 Stock Plan"), Philip G. Franklin, David R. Samyn, Dal Ferbert and David W. Heinzmann each earned the equivalent of 3,000 shares of Common Stock of Littelfuse, Inc. (the "Company"). On March 15, 2006, 1,500 restricted shares of Common Stock of the Company were issued to each such person. The remaining 1,500 shares will be converted to cash in thirds and paid to such persons as the restrictions lapse on each of January 2, 2007, January 2, 2008 and January 2, 2009.
