Item 5.03(b)     Change in Fiscal Year

On February 27, 2007, the board of directors of TD AMERITRADE Holding Corporation (the “Company”) approved changing the Company’s fiscal year end to September 30. Previously, the Company reported on a fifty-two/fifty-three week fiscal year ending on the last Friday of September. This change will be effective for the Company’s fiscal year ending September 30, 2007. Because the transition period is less than one month, no transition report will be filed.
