Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 5, 2008, HFF, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial
and transaction production results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008. A copy of the press
release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
