LONDON, March 23 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 index was seen opening down 14-22 points, or 0.4 percent, on Wednesday, according to financial bookmakers, tracking weaker showings overnight on Wall Street and in Asia, with investors awaiting the government's 2011 Budget for direction.
