HM King Mohammed VI addressed on Monday, November 30, 2015 a strong speech at the twenty-first session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Changes (COP21) held in Paris.
In an address that was read out by HRH prince Moulay Rachid at COP21 opening session in the presence of the Sovereign, HM the King insisted that "a genuine, inclusive international consensus is imperative.
