Former Kings president Granger heads to Detroit for position with Tigers, Red Wings organization

Former Sacramento Kings president Chris Granger will take over as group president of sports and entertainment for Illitch Holdings Inc., the group that owns the Detroit Tigers and Detroit Red Wings.
