Verizon retailer behind 250-jobs pledge pulls out of $3.3M incentives deal with NC

More than a year after announcing plans to create 250 jobs at a new Raleigh headquarters in exchange for up to $3.3 million in state incentives, A Wireless – now known as Victra – is pulling out of the deal.
