Office development creating ‘center of gravity’ for city

Currently, there are three major projects at the forefront of office market growth in Dunwoody, according to Michael Starling, director of economic development for the city: Park Center, the State Farm regional hub; Twelve24 Hammond, the new headquarters for InSight Global; and High Street, a 36-acre redevelopment project by GID and North American Properties.
