VANCOUVER, BC - TheNewswire - July 29, 2019 - Cannex Capital Holdings Inc. (CNSX:CNNX.CN) (OTCQX:CNXXF) ("Cannex" or the "Company") announces that, further to the Company's news release dated June 20, 2019, the Company and 4Front Holdings, LLC have made an application to the Supreme Court of British Columbia for the final order in respect of the business combination. The hearing for the final order is scheduled for July 30, 2019 at 9:45 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time), or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, at 800 Smithe Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
