Moderna nears its first-ever FDA authorization, for its COVID-19 vaccine

If the Food and Drug Administration authorizes Moderna Inc.’s COVID-19 vaccine candidate, it will be the second vaccine made available to Americans during the coronavirus pandemic --- and the first-ever authorized product for the 10-year-old biotech.
