McRae took on his first business venture at 19 when he started his own company and began producing music across North America, in the process learning quickly the harsh realities of business. Within 7 years, he built up his brand and is now selling music across the world. Moving forward, he saved up some money and started a General Contracting company in Ottawa which has now led to building custom homes. The experience and knowledge he has garnered has helped overcome hurdles in the real estate business from knowing what to look for when walking into a home or having a creative eye as to how someone could improve or transform a space.
As a businessman with hands all over, Sean prides himself on being dedicated, honest, reliable and someone people can feel comfortable with. The latter being an important feature when it comes to dealing with not only the largest investment for most people, but often times the most sentimental. As a Real Estate Broker, Sean covers all of Ottawa, Canada and oftentimes extends his reach to the outskirts. Having worked in a few cities, Sean wields lots of experience alongside owning Black River Homes, a licensed Tarion custom home building company. Sean McRae grew up lower class in Ottawa, Canada with his mother. He graduated Carleton University in English and History while working as a Music Producer. He then started a General Contracting Construction company (which he did not like) and soon found himself lost and feeling “stuck”. He then became a Real Estate Agent (now Broker) and everything started turning around.
