Another Successful 1031 Exchange for NAI Legacy
Minneapolis, MN- NAI Legacy, a Minneapolis-based real estate investment, full-service brokerage, and property management firm, has announced the successful closing sale of a Net Leased Walgreens in Saint Augustine, Florida as part of their Private Client Program. The buyer was completing a 1031 tax-deferred exchange.
