Established in July 2026, Aratas America LLC builds on OMRON’s more than 90 years of engineering expertise and its legacy of innovation, quality and customer collaboration. As an independent organization, Aratas will build on this strong foundation while sharpening its focus on growth markets, strengthening its capabilities and accelerating innovation across its global operations.

In June 2026, the company approved plans to relocate and expand its Malaysia manufacturing facility, supporting its efforts to strengthen global manufacturing and supply capabilities. The factory will increase its production capacity to 1.5 times its current level in anticipation of business growth.
