Trustmark Voluntary Benefits® has joined the Boost carrier integration program, bringing its voluntary benefits portfolio into PlanSource’s connected benefits platform. Access to industry-leading life insurance with long-term care, critical illness, hospital, accident, and disability coverage is now available for mutual customers of Trustmark and PlanSource.

The PlanSource Boost program addresses a growing need among employers and brokers for benefits solutions that are simpler to implement, easier to manage, and more connected for the employees who depend on them. As voluntary benefits continue to expand, the ability to administer them within a single, integrated platform has become a meaningful differentiator.

“We know employers and brokers are looking for benefits solutions that reduce administrative friction and give employees a clearer picture of their coverage,” said Keith Feist, Executive Director, Sales Technology & Partner Relations at Trustmark Voluntary Benefits. “PlanSource’s carrier ecosystem and commitment to creating a connected benefits experience made them the right solution. Together, we're making it easier for employers and brokers to deliver voluntary benefits while helping employees better understand and use their coverage.”

The PlanSource Boost program gives carriers and their customers a standardized, operationally supported path to benefits integration. Boost connections simplify plan setup, streamline enrollment and evidence of insurability, and automate billing and ongoing administration — reducing the manual coordination that typically slows implementation and creates errors over time.

“Trustmark brings a highly valued voluntary benefits portfolio to Boost, giving employers and brokers a more efficient way to offer the protection employees and their families depend on,” said Josh Johnson, SVP of Strategic Partnerships at PlanSource. “By removing friction behind the scenes, we can help our mutual customers spend less time managing disconnected processes and more time supporting their people.”
