XTND
“This $40.5 million order for 6,000 STRIKER systems is a significant milestone for XTEND and reflects the trust being placed in our technology and our ability to deliver at scale,” said Aviv Shapira, Co-Founder and CEO of XTEND. “We competed, we proved our capabilities, and now we are ready to build.”
STRIKER is powered by XTEND’s proprietary XOS operating system and is designed for tactical missions in confined, complex and GNSS-denied environments. STRIKER’s performance against a competitive field in a rigorous, government-run evaluation demonstrates the strength of XTEND’s advanced engineering capabilities and its ability to deliver mission-ready systems that perform in the most demanding operational environments.
Drone Dominance Program Phase 3
As a top performer in Gauntlet II, XTEND advances directly to Gauntlet III in the Close Quarters Battle segment of Phase 3 of the Drone Dominance Program, which the Department of War opened on September 28, 2026. Under the program’s structure, Gauntlet II awardees bypass the open solicitation and Pitch & Fly stages and proceed straight to Gauntlet III in the mission set in which they were selected, subject to first fulfilling a 400-system production order. Performance in Gauntlet III will determine whether any Phase 3 orders are placed, participation does not guarantee an award.
XTEND’s participation in Phase 3 of the Drone Dominance Program is separate from the Phase III award under the U.S. Special Operations Command’s Modular Kinetic Lethal Drone (MKLD) program that the Company announced on September 23, 2026.
