-- LEDABLE, a retro-inspired desktop smart display built on a full-color 64×32 LED matrix, launched on Kickstarter today. Designed to keep the information people check all day right on their desks, LEDABLE is now live on Kickstarter with super early-bird pricing for backers. The earliest backers get up to 40% off.
A bright, full-color 64×32 smart display puts weather, scores, stocks, and 50+ apps on the desk, so users can glance instead of scroll.
Checking the weather, the time, a score, or a stock price often means picking up a phone and getting pulled into everything else on it. LEDABLE was built to break that loop. One quick look at the display gives them what they need, with no unlocking, no opening apps, and no endless scroll.
Small enough for a desk and bright enough to read from across the room, LEDABLE measures 156 × 87 × 18 mm and weighs 210 g. It ships with more than 50 ready-to-use apps covering weather, air quality, calendars, countdowns, sports scores, stocks, crypto, news, and GitHub activity. Users pick their favorites, arrange them into a playlist, and let LEDABLE cycle through them while they work, play, or relax. Setup happens once from the LEDABLE mobile app over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, and then the phone goes back down.
Key features include:
- Bright Full-Color Display: 64×32 RGB LED matrix with smooth animation, auto brightness, and on/off scheduling
- 50+ Apps at Launch: weather, time, air quality, calendars, sports, stocks, crypto, news, GitHub, and more
- Open and Customizable: build their own apps, install community-made apps, and share creations through a community marketplace
- Pixel Art Mode: drop in a static image or animation and use LEDABLE as pure desk decor, even offline
- PC Companion Mode: turn LEDABLE into a second screen for CPU, GPU, RAM, and temperature monitoring
- Phone Setup, Then Hands-Free: manage apps, playlists, brightness, and sleep times from the mobile app
- Multiple Colorways: choose the look that fits their desk, from clean and simple to bright and playful
- Desk-Sized Design: 156 × 87 × 18 mm and 210 g, small enough to keep and light enough to move
LEDABLE is made for makers, developers, gamers, and anyone who wants a smarter, calmer desk. Its open approach to custom apps and community sharing invites users to go beyond what comes in the box, while its ready-to-use apps keep it useful from the moment it is plugged in.
