Provide the following information regarding the aggregate number and percentage of the class of securities of the issuer identified in Item 1.

         
(a) Amount beneficially owned: The Reporting Persons beneficially own a total of 3,960,737 shares of Common Stock, 3,590,737 shares of which are held by a private investment fund (the “Fund”) to which Perceptive Advisors LLC serves as the investment manager, and 370,000 shares of which are held in a trading account (the “Account”) to which Perceptive Advisors LLC serves as the investment manager. Mr. Edelman is the managing member of Perceptive Advisors LLC.
     
(b) Percent of class: The beneficial ownership percentage of 5.84% is based on the 67,793,709 outstanding shares of Common Stock of the Issuer, as disclosed on the Issuer’s Form 10-K filed with the SEC on February 11, 2014.
