Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On June 7, 2016, PriceSmart, Inc. issued a press release regarding its sales for the month of May 2016 and its plans to release third quarter 2016 financial results on Thursday, July 7, 2016, after the market closes and to host a conference call at 12:00 p.m. Eastern time (9:00 a.m. Pacific time) on Friday July 8, 2016, to discuss the financial results for the quarter ending May 31, 2016. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
