ITEM 9.  REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

On July 22, 2003, prior to the opening of trading on NASDAQ, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Scott Turicchi, sent an electronic mail message to all six analysts that have published research on j2 Global.
